I was born and raised in Beverly Hills, Michigan. I attended Michigan State University for my undergrad and received a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry with a minor in Integrated Science.

After college I got a job teaching Chemistry at Divine Child High School in Dearborn, Michigan. I teach three different levels of chemistry (AP, Honors, and Regular).

When I am not teaching I love to ski, go up north, and knit and cook. I go skiing every year with my family at Winter Park. Every summer I go to my family's cottage in Kalkaska, MI where I water ski, paddle board and kayak.
